Thermal Imaging Can Indicate Risk Levels

Guidelines

  • Avoid Sun exposure 5 days before testing. (ie. No sunburn on the area to be imaged)
  • Avoid treatments and/or tests such as EMG, TENS, physical therapy, chiropractic, and any deep heat treatments 24 hours before the exam.
  • Do not drink alcohol 12 hours prior to the test.
  • Do not exercise 4 hours before.
  • Do not Bathe or Shower within 1 hour before the exam.
  • Do not use heat or cold packs
  • Wear loose fitting clothing and no jewelry
  • Do not use skin creams, perfume, powders or deodorants.
  • Do not smoke 4 hours prior.
  • No physical stimulation or treatment of the breast for 24 hours before the exam.
